The Golden Rule: 100% Functional Across All Grades
Every single phone, laptop, and tablet we sell is 100% functionally verified. Grade C is NEVER used for broken, glitchy, or damaged electronics; it undergoes identical rigorous testing and performs flawlessly, with purely cosmetic wear on the outer chassis. Defective units are strictly quarantined.
≥ 95% Minimum
Near-flawless screen and housing. Zero noticeable marks from normal arm’s length.
≥ 90% Minimum
Minor superficial hairline scratches on bezel or outer back. Screen is clear and bright during display operation.
≥ 80% Minimum
Noticeable signs of daily use, scuffs, or minor casing dings. Screen is 100% crack-free with flawless touch responsiveness.
