Revanto provides a confirmed One-Month Commercial Warranty on all refurbished and used electronics. The warranty duration begins strictly on the date of physical delivery confirmed by the courier, not the order placement or dispatch date.
1. Scope of Coverage
The commercial warranty covers all functional hardware defects and manufacturing faults, including:
- Display and touchscreen response failures not caused by drops or impact.
- Motherboard, charging port, microphones, speakers, and camera system failures.
- Battery health dropping below the guaranteed grade threshold (A: 95%+, B: 90%+, C: 80%+).
- Biometric sensors (Face ID/Touch ID) and wireless connectivity (5G/Wi-Fi) failure.
2. Exclusions from Warranty
The commercial warranty strictly excludes damage arising from external misuse, including:
- Accidental physical damage, drops, glass cracking, or chassis bending.
- Liquid ingress, immersion, or corrosion.
- Unauthorized teardown, modification, or repair by third-party workshops.
3. How to Submit a Claim
To open a warranty claim, contact our Dubai operations desk with your Order Reference. We arrange carrier collection anywhere in the UAE. Once verified by our technicians, we repair the unit, replace it with an equivalent grade unit, or provide a full refund if neither is feasible.
4. Statutory Consumer Rights
This commercial warranty operates alongside and does not limit or waive any statutory consumer rights established under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 regarding Consumer Protection.
